Founded in April 1991, PRFUZN has been a pioneering force in advancing the standards of autotransfusion and biologic therapies. Established by Pat Courtney, a Licensed Perfusionist (LP) and Registered Autologous Blood Therapist, the company was built on his vision to enhance the quality of autotransfusion, PRP (platelet-rich plasma), PRF (platelet-rich fibrin), and stem cell services. Pat’s wife, Glenda Courtney, played an integral role in his classes, contributing significantly to their success over the years.
Pat Courtney’s leadership and commitment to excellence established PRFUZN as a leader in innovative medical solutions. Following Pat’s passing in May 2024, Tonya Nuelle and Gary Koenig continued his legacy by working under Atlanta Autotransfusion and Biologics LLC. They are dedicated to upholding the high standards set by Pat and expanding the company’s impact on the industry.
Education and certification remain central to their mission, with the website NRABT serving as the hub for comprehensive courses and professional development.
Today, PRFUZN, alongside Atlanta Autotransfusion and Biologics LLC, continues to set industry benchmarks, focusing on advancing medical practices and providing exceptional support and training to healthcare professionals.
